Restructure creates parallel Wow Factor / Blue Jays and Wow Factor National tracks, effective immediately for the 2026 fall season

ATLANTA, Ga. — July 25, 2026 — Wow Factor Athletics, Inc. today announced a restructure of its national program that will field two complete team structures at every age group from 13U through 18U, effective immediately and beginning with the 2026 fall season.

Under the new format, Wow Factor Athletics will operate:

• Wow Factor / Blue Jays Teams, 13U–18U

• Wow Factor National Teams, 13U–18U

The expansion doubles the number of national roster spots available to players and creates two distinct development tracks, each built to compete at the highest level of travel baseball.

“Our company has grown so much, and a lot of our other national directors have grown right along with it and done such a great job, that there is no possible way to get every player who wants to play for the Wow Factor National program onto one program,” said Evin Einhardt, CEO and President of Wow Factor Athletics. “So we had to expand to two national programs — and I believe both will compete to be the best in the country, with two great travel ball leaders behind them.”

Alongside the expansion, Wow Factor Athletics announced the following leadership assignments:

• Evin Einhardt, CEO and President, will manage the 17U and 18U Blue Jays Scout Teams.

• Justin Goetz, National Director, will manage the 13U–16U Wow Factor / Blue Jays Teams.

• Justin Smith, Owner of Wow Factor Carolinas and National Director, will manage the Wow Factor National Teams, 13U–18U.

Additional roster, tryout, and schedule information for both structures will be released through the Wow Factor Athletics website and social channels.

Founded in 2020, Wow Factor Athletics, Inc. is a national youth sports organization serving more than 7,000 baseball and softball players across 28 states. The organization added softball in August 2024 and is an official New Balance partner. Wow Factor Athletics is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
