• $1,000,000 Each Occurrence
• $3,000,000 General Aggregate
• $1,000,000 Personal & Advertising Injury
• $1,000,000 Sexual Abuse Aggregate
• $10,000 Medical Expense — Any One Person

Excess Liability

• $1,000,000 Each Occurrence
• $1,000,000 Aggregate

Participant Accident Coverage

• $25,000 Accident Medical Expense Benefit
• $250 Accident Medical Expense Deductible

Who Can Purchase?

This insurance option is available exclusively to approved Wow Factor affiliate teams and organizations.

When purchasing, please provide your team name, age group, director/head coach information, and any information requested by Wow Factor so we can properly submit your team for coverage.

Insurance coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, eligibility requirements, underwriting requirements, and effective dates of the applicable insurance policies. Purchasing this product does not itself guarantee or create coverage. Coverage is effective only after the team has been properly submitted, accepted, and confirmed under the applicable policy.

Do not use your Shopify order confirmation as proof of insurance. Official insurance documentation or certificates will be provided separately when applicable.
