This is an invitation-only roster. Spots go to players who bring something special to the diamond, and once they're in, they're surrounded by a staff that pushes them harder than they've ever been pushed. Our coaches have lived the game at its highest levels, and they pour that experience into every rep, every at-bat, and every conversation on and off the field.
Leading the Pacific Northwest program is coach and director Anthony Valdez — a true veteran of the baseball community whose reputation speaks for itself. Anthony brings a professional, buttoned-up approach paired with an easygoing style that players and families gravitate toward. He's been around the game long enough to know what matters, and he keeps things steady, honest, and focused on what's best for every athlete under his watch. His experience runs deep, and his door is always open.
